Meet the Staff |

Mark Utley is the Manager and Book Buyer of St. Francis Bookshop. Since joining the staff in 1997, Mark has overseen the complete computerization of the store and its large database of books and religious articles.
Mark is also the designer and webmaster of the stfrancisonline.com website. Married and the father of four daughters, he is also a performing musician, singer, and songwriter. He also works as a freelance web designer under the banner of Novena Web Design. |

Michele Tromblay serves as the Bookshop's Religious Goods Buyer. A 30-year employee, Michele's expertise is responsible for purchasing and stocking the store with unique and beautiful jewelry, medals, rosaries, greeting cards, crucifixes, wall art, and seasonal items.
A notorious cat and animal lover, Michele donates her time and effort to local animal shelters and serves as patron saint to all the lost animals of the neighborhood. |

For many customers who call or visit the Bookshop, their first interaction is with the smiling face or the friendly voice of Sr. Elaine Becker. Sr. Elaine, a Precious Blood Sister whose community is based in Dayton, Ohio, is the Bookshop's newest addition.
Sr. Elaine's unwaveringly sunny disposition and gentle, helpful manner are a constant blessing to everyone who crosses her path, and we are thankful to have her with us at St. Francis Bookshop. |

JoAnne Schwaegerle comes to the Bookshop from her position in the Provincial Treasurer's Office, using her accounting skills to assist in everything from daily bookkeeping to complex, multi-year budget planning and projections.
JoAnne, married and the mother of two grown children, has been a somewhat unsung but always crucial component of the recent and ongoing changes, upgrades, and improvements at St. Francis Bookshop. |

Fr. Dan Kroger, O.F.M., serves as the Director of St. Francis Bookshop in addition to his duties as Publisher and CEO of St. Anthony Messenger Press.
